This is the checklist our team follows for deep cleans and move-out cleans in Jacksonville. Use it to plan a clean yourself, to compare quotes, or to check our work before a walkthrough. Items marked "move-out" are part of the move-out package, where the home is empty.

Kitchen

• ☐ Inside oven: racks out, walls and glass degreased
• ☐ Inside fridge and freezer: shelves and drawers wiped, gaskets cleaned
• ☐ Inside dishwasher: filter area and door edges (move-out)
• ☐ Microwave inside and out
• ☐ Inside cabinets and drawers (move-out; +$35 add-on in a furnished deep clean)
• ☐ Backsplash, counters, sink and faucet descaled
• ☐ Stovetop, hood and appliance fronts
• ☐ Cabinet fronts and handles

Bathrooms

• ☐ Toilet inside, outside, base and behind
• ☐ Tub and shower: soap scum and hard-water spots removed
• ☐ Grout and caulk lines scrubbed (mildew-prone in Florida humidity)
• ☐ Sink, faucet and mirrors
• ☐ Vanity fronts; inside vanity drawers (move-out)
• ☐ Exhaust fan cover dusted
• ☐ Trash emptied

Bedrooms & living areas

• ☐ Ceiling fans and vents dusted
• ☐ Blinds dusted, window sills and tracks wiped
• ☐ Baseboards wiped by hand
• ☐ Doors, door frames, handles and light switches
• ☐ Closet shelves and rods (move-out)
• ☐ Spot-cleaned walls (move-out)
• ☐ Floors vacuumed and mopped, edges included

Before you hand over keys (move-out)

• ☐ Water and power still on
• ☐ All belongings, food and trash out
• ☐ Landlord or leasing-office checklist sent to us by text
• ☐ Sliding-door tracks and laundry area checked
• ☐ Photos taken after the clean for your records

Deep clean vs. move-out vs. same-day

Prices as published on our packages. $25 off your first clean when you request it on this site (new customers, one per address, not combinable). Final price is confirmed by text before we come.

Florida-specific tips

• Humidity: run the bathroom fan during and after cleaning so grout and caulk dry and mildew does not come back.
• Hard water: a vinegar-based or dedicated scale remover works better on shower glass and faucets than all-purpose spray.
• Pollen season: in spring, wipe sills, fan blades and patio doors last, after dusting, so the yellow film does not spread.
• Near the beach: vacuum slider tracks before wiping them, or wet sand turns into paste.
