The home is empty, so we move faster, and you still get inside cabinets and appliances.
Does the home need to be empty?
Move-out and move-in prices are for empty homes with water and power on. If furniture is still inside, tell us by text and we will adjust the plan.
Can you clean before my walkthrough or closing?
Yes. Give us the walkthrough or closing date in the form or by text and we will offer the closest open slot, including same-day when one is open.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 40% of the cleaning price.
